Well-organised and air conditioned room, an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar were a nice surprise.

Everything was perfect, updated and spotless room with a really comfortable bed. The hotel's location was great and brilliant, really close to the common areas, the historic centre of a very pleasant town, and local 

My room was well presented and brand-new and featured incredibly beautiful view over the town. The hotel was in a magnificent location, in the centre of historic La Laguna. Also, it was located steps away from a performing arts theater.

Thanks guys for a very relaxing stay on vacation. Staff is pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating and you can park your car on-site. The breakfast is marvellous and gorgeous, and the location is excellent right by the restaurant downstairs and beautiful historic 

The breakfast was amazing and great at fair value, with variety of food. Really enjoyed the double room with great design as well as terrace I was given. The location was very central, awesome to El Teide national park.

The room is spotless and huge with a fabulous view of the town and surrounding area. There is a huge variety of supplies like : a laptop safe, a minibar and central heating.

Modern, exceptional hotel with very amiable people and ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location in the center of the town. Fast check-in, well-equipped rooms with terrace.

It had marvellous and fab location, the place was a short walk to Las Lagunas city center.

We stayed in the double room in good condition and truly enjoyed it.

Views were awful.

Modern and luxurious place with knowledgeable employees especially one staff member who welcomed us when we arrived. Perfect location as only 5 minutes to a performing arts theater. Located walking distance to a museum and a national park.
